For over 95 years, Shriners Children’s has served our mission specializing in one thing: pediatric orthopaedics. Our board-certified surgeons and staff provide high-quality medical care to all children, regardless of a family’s ability to pay. Our clinic specializes in treating children with orthopaedic conditions in an environment designed to put children at ease. We provide an intimate, multi-disciplinary, family-centered environment where all clinic services including physician visits, radiology, rehabilitation, orthotics and prosthetics are provided under one roof. Not only will a child’s medical needs be met by our team of specialists, we also offer camps and activities through our child life department, to meet their social and emotional needs. Together, we help kids be kids.

 Our board certified, pediatric fellowship trained surgeons and staff offer a multi-disciplinary approach to care to ensure kids can be kids. Shriners Children’s offers the following services.
  • Physician Visits: Physician visits at Shriners Children’s provide surgical and nonsurgical management of pediatric orthopaedic conditions with state-of-the-art techniques. A multidisciplinary team approach is used in our specialty orthopaedic clinic. At each visit, specialists provide a comprehensive approach to meeting each child’s individual needs through evaluation and treatment.
  • Pediatric Prosthetics & Orthotics Service (POPS): Pediatric Orthotic and Prosthetic Services (POPS) located at Shriners Children’s offers a full range of orthotic and prosthetic services, including upper and lower extremity prosthetic care, scoliosis bracing and pediatric orthotic services.
  • Radiology: The Radiology Department at Shriners Children’s helps assess pathology, extent of deformity or injury and physical changes over time. It is a key component for diagnosis, treatment planning and surgical correction as part of the patient care team. The EOS system is used frequently with patients, and is the first 3-D, full-body technology capable of scanning patients in a weight-bearing standing or sitting position to capture natural posture and joint orientation.
  • Rehabilitation: Shriners Children’s offers Occupational Therapy (OT) and Physical Therapy (PT). These specialists also coordinate initial evaluations, specialized programming in Scoliosis Specific Exercise (SSE), and support with adaptive equipment and wheelchairs, as needed.
  • Child Life: Shriners Children’s Child Life Specialists offer social-emotional support to children and families, during their appointment. They also coordinate fun activities, events, and camps, throughout the year.
