2017 Carol Graham Scholarship

The Wisconsin Public Health Association, Public Health Nursing Section awards five Carol Graham Scholarships annually. The purpose of the awards is to recognize the contribution public health nursing is making in Wisconsin communities, foster WPHA participation among PHNs who entered the field within the past 10 years, and assist in the development of new PHN leaders.
