Here are some ways you can vote safely:
  • Request an absentee ballot at https://myvote.wi.gov/en-us/VoteAbsentee.  After your ballot is completed, you have a few options:
    • Drop off the absentee ballot in person at a ballot box near you.
    • Deliver your absentee ballot to your Municipal Clerk by November 1 or your Polling Place on November 3rd.  Find your municipal clerk office at https://myvote.wi.gov/en-US/MyMunicipalClerk
    • Mail in your absentee ballot by October 27.

  • Vote early. You can vote early in-person starting October 20-November 1. Office hours vary by municipality, so be sure to check in with your clerk and local polling place.

  • Become a poll worker: The Wisconsin Elections Commission encourages every eligible citizen to vote and to become involved in the election process. One way to get involved is to become an Election Day poll worker, also known as an election inspector.
There are several different jobs at polling places in Wisconsin, all of which are appointed by municipal clerks.
