Plan to spend 1 hour with others across the state for a COVID-19 Self-Care Session! All sessions are virtual, so no need to schedule travel time. This month we will have Robin Lankton help us to Practice Lovingkindness Meditation. There will also be time to connect with other WPHA members, ask questions, and share thoughts and ideas.

Ripple Effects: Cultivating Compassion for Ourselves and Our Communities
This hour will include a lovingkindness meditation practice. Robin will share a guided meditation to cultivate compassion for ourselves, those around us and our world. During a time when suffering is so present in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, increased stress, and blatant expressions of racism and violence, dedicating space for the care of ourselves and others is something we can do to create positive ripple effects in the world and give ourselves a gift of fortitude to sustain us.
