NACCHO recently published a white paper titled "Implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. The paper describes the challenges and opportunities faced by local health departments in response to the changing public health and clinical health care environment as the Act is implemented. Highlights from APHA Midyear Meeting on Health Reform |
7/13/2011
APHA held a midyear meeting June 23-25 in Chicago. The meeting focused on health reform, and brought hundreds of public health leaders together to help advance health reform implementation and improve the health of communities around the nation. APHA has posted video from the meeting for those who could not attend. The videos are now available on the APHA youtube site.
