The WPHA Awards Committee is currently seeking nominations for awards to be presented at the 2013 Annual Public Health Conference, May 21-23 at the Wilderness Hotel, Glacier Canyon Lodge in Wisconsin Dells. The Awards Committee accepts nominations throughout the year; however, for a nomination to be considered for the 2013 Annual Conference, the deadline for submission is Friday, April 12, 2013. Nominations received after that date may be re-submitted for the next annual conference. The awards process is the single most important means that WPHA has for recognizing those who have made significant contributions to public health in Wisconsin. We need your help to identify candidates for the following award categories.
